• Accepted Orders:
  Once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be refunded.

• Product Issues:

Cancellation Policy

At AgriDrops, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers, and we have a flexible cancellation policy as outlined below:

• Cancellation Window:
  Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that cancellation requests will not be processed if the order has already been communicated to the vendor or merchant, and the shipping process has begun.

• Same Day Delivery Orders:
  Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Special Occasion Orders:
  Orders placed during special occasions (e.g., festivals, holidays) such as Diwali, Pongal, Valentine’s Day, etc., are non-cancellable due to the limited-time offers associated with these products.

• Damaged or Defective Products:
  If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving the product. The return request will be processed only after the merchant has verified the issue on their end. 

• Product Discrepancy:
  If you feel the product received does not match the description or your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving it. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

• Exchange/replacement product will be delivered to the customer within 5-7 days.

• Approved refund amount will get credited to the original payment method within 7 days.

• Return from the customer will be accepted from 7 days of delivery.
